Manage all market account planning, forecasting, and got to market ensuring full alignment with the global account teams and adjacent support department. Manage and grow sales volumes through the operator account, driving a holistic sell in- sell through- sell out process to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Coordination of sell out strategy and channel planning with the in Xiaomi retail teamRelationship mapping and governance.
